How can I become an ambassador?

How many ambassadors does Midori have?

Our 2018 Ambassador Tribe is comprised of five women from all over the US including Hawai'i, California, Utah, and Florida. They range in age from 19 to 30+ and are inspirational in a number of ways. Learn more about them and apply to join the Tribe here!

What do ambassadors do?

Each ambassador receives bikinis and in turn regularly takes photos for our social media accounts. The role of an ambassador is to spread positivity and brand awareness through social media.

Shipping

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Of course! We offer expedited shipping beginning at $10. Find more information on faster shipping options here.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before noon PST Monday- Friday will be shipped same day. Orders placed after noon PST will be shipped the following business day.

How fast will I get my order?

We offer multiple shipping options 2 to 7 days for domestic orders within the United States. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-20 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS as well as and local courier partners like USPS. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Where will my order ship from?

Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Vista, Ca. For USPS Claims Purposes, use the shipping address: Midori Bikinis 280 N. Coast Highway 101, Encinitas, Ca 92024. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to properly update.

Exchanges/Returns 

Can I return my order?

Yes! We offer free returns on qualifying domestic orders. See our returns page for more information.

What if the Returns page isn't working?

Ensure you are using the same email address as entered at checkout. The returns page is also case sensitive. Contact us here if you need assistance!

Can I make an exchange?

We currently do not offer exchanges.

Can I return my order after 30 days?

No, returns received after 30 days will be shipped back at your expense as per our return policies

When will I get my refund?

Once we have received your package back at our facility, please allow 1-3 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email confirming your refund.

Can I use my store credit more than once?

Yes! Any unused store credit will remain with the code. To use the remaining amount, simply enter the same store credit code that was originally sent to you.

Why was my bikini sent back to me after I returned it?

Any return not in compliance with the return policy will be returned to the customer. Please reference the form included with the bikini for further information. A decision to refuse a return that is not compliant with the Midori return policy is final and cannot be refuted.

Orders

Can I change my order?

While we can't make changes to orders that have already been placed, we can cancel an order as long as it hasn't shipped. A new order can then be placed with any necessary changes. Please shoot us a line via our contact page or call us at 808.295.2248 for assistance.

Can I combine a gift card and a discount code?

Yes. You must enter the store credit/ gift card first and the discount code last however.

I forgot to use my discount code. Can you apply it to my order?

Unfortunately we aren't able to apply a discount to an order that has already been placed. However, we can cancel your order (must be before it ships) and you can place a new order with the discount applied. 

Product

Do your bikini tops have padding?

Yes, all top styles have removable padding with the exception of the Stella top.

What if I receive a damaged piece?

While we don't see them often, Midori Bikinis are handmade and defects do occur from time to time. Defective items must be reported to customer service (orders@midoribikinis.com) within 24 hours of delivery to ensure your exchange is properly processed. Using the prepaid return shipping label we send you, the damaged pieces must be sent back to Midori within 7 days.
