I tried to contact Midori. What are your hours?

We apologize if you tried to contact us and were unsuccessful! Our business hours are M-F, 9am-2pm. The best way to contact us is via email, orders@midoribikinis.com. We respond to all emails by the next business day.

What does "Last Chance" mean?

Once an item is marked as last chance, it will not be restocked. Not to worry, the style will likely return in new colors + patterns shortly!

Where are you located? Can I pick up my order?

Our corporate office is located in Carlsbad, CA. Unfortunately we don't have a storefront so we currently cannot accommodate in- store pick ups. 

I received a defective piece. What can I do?

Defective items must be reported to customer service (orders@midoribikinis.com) within 24 hours of delivery (before returning package) to ensure your refund or exchange is properly processed. False claims regarding defective pieces will result in the piece being returned to the customer, at the customer's expense.

Do your tops have padding?

Yes! All of our tops have removable padding :) 

Can you send me tracking information?

You can expect to receive a shipping confirmation email (sent to the email entered at checkout) once your order ships. The email will contain a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to properly update.

Does Midori Bikinis offer returns?

Yes! As long as your order is in compliance with our return qualifications. Please see our  RETURNS page for more information. We currently offer free prepaid return labels for domestic but not international locations.

Does Midori Bikinis offer exchanges?

We currently do not support exchanges, however, you can select store credit as your refund preference and use your credit to purchase a different piece or size.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Once we receive your package back at our shipping facility, it can take between 1-3 business days for us to process your return. Once your return has been processed you will receive either a refund notification email or an email containing your store credit.

Can I use my store credit more than once?

Yes! Your store credit will keep the remaining balance on your account. To use the remaining amount, simply enter the same store credit code originally sent to you at checkout.

My return is past 30 days, can I still return?

Unfortunately if your return is past our 30 day return deadline we cannot accept your return. Your piece will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Can you send me more than one prepaid return label per order?

There is a limit of one prepaid return shipping label per order.

The returns page isn't working for me!

Please make sure you are using the same email as you used at checkout. The returns page is case sensitive, so please make sure you enter your email exactly as you did during checkout. If you are still having problems, email us at orders@midoribikinis.com.

Can I change my order?

Once you place your order we cannot make any changes to it. However, we can cancel your order (as long as it has not shipped) and you can place an order with the correct pieces.

How often do you restock?

All pieces are produced in a limited run. Most pieces will not be restocked once they sell out.

Should I go up or down a size?

Our swimwear runs true to our sizing chart however personal preference (in terms of fit and style) may have an effect on the size you ultimately choose. For the Siren top we do not recommend sizing down and strongly recommend referencing the Siren sizing top. Please reference our size charts here

How can I join the MIDORI Tribe and become an ambassador?

How should I care for my new bikini?

To keep your new bikini in the best possible shape we recommend that you avoid sitting on or up against rough surfaces- keep a towel handy and keep your bum comfy! After a dip in the ocean or pool, hop in the shower and rinse off. Freshwater is the trick to keeping colors vibrant. Swimwear is not made to be thrown in the washing machine; instead, hand wash your bikini with mild soap in cold water. Some colors may bleed so please do not mix light and dark colors while washing. Line dry or dry flat, do not wring, twist, or iron. Always avoid contact with oils, sunscreen, and heavily chlorinated pools.

What is the warranty on swimwear?

Swimwear purchased from MIDORIBIKINIS.COM is warrantied for 6 months, this warranty does not extend to any purchases not made directly from our site including trunk shows.

My piece was sent back to me after I returned it. Why?

If we receive a return that is not in compliance with our return policy, we will not accept the return and it will be sent back to the customer. We document every return so if you have additional questions please reach out to us.
