CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
While we can't make changes to orders that have already been placed we can cancel an order as long as it hasn't shipped. A new order can then be placed with any necessary changes.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to properly update.
Defective / Incorrect Items
Defective items must be reported to customer service (email@example.com) within 24 hours of delivery to ensure your exchange is properly processed. The pieces must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving a return shipping label.

HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders placed before noon PST Monday- Friday will be shipped same day. Orders placed after noon PST will be shipped the following business day.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes! We offer free returns on all qualifying domestic orders. See our returns page for more information.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER AFTER 30 DAYS?
No, returns sent back after 30 days will be shipped back to you at your expense as per our return policies.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?
Please allow 1-3 business days for return processing once we receive your return back at our facility. You will receive an email confirming your refund once it's been processed.
CAN I APPLY MY STORE CREDIT TO MORE THAN ONE ORDER?
Yes! Any unused store credit will be kept on your account. To use the remaining amount, simply enter the same store credit code originally sent to you at checkout on any purchase.
WHY WAS A BIKINI SENT BACK TO ME AFTER I RETURNED IT?
Any returns received not in compliance with our return policy will be returned to the customer.
BIKINI CARE / WARRANTY
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY NEW BIKINI?
To keep your new bikini in the best possible shape we recommend that you avoid sitting on or up against rough surfaces- keep a towel handy and keep your bum comfy! After a dip in the ocean or pool, hop in the shower and rinse off. Freshwater is the trick to keeping colors vibrant. Swimwear is not made to be thrown in the washing machine; instead, hand wash your bikini with mild soap in cold water. Some colors may bleed so please do not mix light and dark colors while washing. Line dry or dry flat, do not wring, twist, or iron. Always avoid contact with oils, sunscreen, and heavily chlorinated pools.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PIECE?
Defective items must be reported to customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of delivery to ensure your exchange is properly processed. False claims regarding defective pieces will result in the piece being returned to the customer, at the customer's expense.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON SWIMWEAR?
Swimwear purchased from MIDORIBIKINIS.COM is warrantied for 6 months, this warranty only applies to orders placed directly on our site.
