How do I care for my bikini?

Midori Bikinis are made of Xtra Life Lycra material that will easily last for years with the propper care.

Here are our top tips:

- Handwash with a mild detergent in cold water only.

- Hang dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry, dry clean, iron or use bleach.

- Do not leave rolled up wet or wring out.

-Avoid contact with rough surfaces as it can cause pulling of the fabric.

- High amounts of chlorine can ruin your bikini, make sure to wash it immediately after use.

- Certain tanning oils, sunscreens, and fake tanning can stain or damage your bikini.

How do your sizes run?

In August of 2022, we updated our bottom sizing to be in line with standard U.S. sizing. If you were a size Medium prior to August 2022, you would now be a size Small, etc. All tops run true to our size guide. Because women's body types vary, our guide is best used as a guide. Reviews can be very helpful in figuring out what would best fit you! We offer entirely FREE Returns and Exchanges, a perfect fit is a must in swim!

Do you have retailers?

We currently limit our retail to two boutiques that have been thoroughly vetted to ensure you have exceptional customer service. Both are on Oahu, The Laylow carries exclusive The Laylow x Midori swim whileKeep it Simple Honolulu carries a range.

Shipping questions

When will my order ship?

We process all orders within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Please allow more time for processing during our annual Black Friday sale. Orders are NOT shipped on weekends or holidays.

When will my order arrive?

Orders shipped using standard shipping (including our free option) are typically delivered within 4 business days. Quicker options are available and can be viewed here!

International orders are typically delivered within 10 bsuiness days.

Please keep in mind that this is an estimated delivery time provided by our carriers. On rare occasions, your package may arrive outside the estimated timeframe.

What carriers do you ship with?

We use USPS First Class or Priority for standard shipping within the US but also offer expedited options through FedEx. International orders are shipped via either USPS International or FedEx.

What should I do if I miss an attempted delivery?

USPS will leave a notice that can either be filled out and left at your mailbox to request a redelivery or you can head into your local USPS to pick it up.

Help! USPS returned my package to you

Contact us as soon as you notice that the package is in route back to us so we can set reship your order assuming it's still in stock. Please note that you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Will I have to pay international duties & fees?

You will be responsible for all taxes and duties applied to your package. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

My package shows as delivered, but I didn't get it.

Unfortunately, once packages are in the carrier's hands, they are out of our control. That being said, we know how frustrating it can be and we are here to help! Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll assist you in any way we can.

Can I get my shipping cost refunded?

Return shipping is free, shipping to you is also free on orders over $100! If you don't absolutely love your new bikini, you can get a full refund assuming you purchsae 2+ pieces. For orders under $100, the shipping cost to you cannot be refunded.

How long will it take to process my return?

We offer instant exchanges, refunds, and store credit. When you place an instant exchange, your new order will ship within 24 hours. Store credit is processed once your return has shipped. Full refunds are processed within 3 days of your return being delivered back to us.
