How do I care for my Midori?

Midori Bikinis are made of Xtra Life Lycra material that will easily last for years with the proper care.

Here are our top tips:

  • Hand wash with a mild detergent in cold water only.
  • Hang dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry, dry clean, iron or use bleach.
  • Do not leave rolled up wet or wring out.
  • Avoid contact with rough surfaces as it can cause pulling of the fabric.
  • High amounts of chlorine can ruin your bikini, make sure to wash it immediately after use.
  • Certain tanning oils, sunscreens, and fake tanning can stain or damage your bikini.

Help! The hygienic liner left a sticky residue.

Occasionally a bikini will experience humidity in transit that will cause the liner to leave a sticky residue. To remove it, soak a towel with rubbing alcohol and gently pat the area. You can rub lightly while holding the fabric taut as well.

Placing an Order

Can I change my order?

As long as you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, we can typically change your order if you text us at 760-421-999.

Can I retroactively apply a sale price to my order?

If the order was placed during a sale, we can refund you the sale difference when you contact us. For orders placed outside of the exact sale timeframe, the sale price will not be applied.

What if I receive the incorrect items or my items are faulty?

Please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement.

How do your sizes run?

All tops and bottoms run true to the size guides shown on each product page. Because women's body types vary, our guide is best used as a guide. Reviews can be very helpful in figuring out what would best fit you. We offer entirely FREE Returns and Exchanges, a perfect fit is a must in swim!

Shipping Questions

When will my order ship?

We process all orders within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Please allow more time for processing during our annual Black Friday sale. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

How quickly can I get my order?

Orders shipped using standard shipping (including our free option) are typically delivered within 4 business days. Quicker options are available and can be viewed here!

International orders are typically delivered within 10-14 business days.

Please keep in mind that this is an estimated delivery timeframe provided by our carriers. On rare occasions, your package may arrive outside the estimated timeframe.

What carriers do you ship with?

We use USPS First Class or Priority for standard shipping within the US but also offer expedited options through FedEx. International orders are shipped via either USPS International or FedEx.

What should I do if I miss an attempted delivery?

USPS will leave a notice that can either be filled out and left at your mailbox to request a redelivery or you can head into your local USPS to pick it up.

Help! My package was returned to you.

Contact us as soon as you notice that the package is in route back to us so we can set reship your order assuming it's still in stock. Please note that you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Will I be charged international duties and fees?

Occasionally international orders will be taxed, this is entirely out of our hands and occurs on a case by case basis. The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties applied to an order. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

My package shows as delivered but I didn't get it.

Unfortunately, once packages are in the carrier's hands, they are out of our control. That being said, we know how frustrating it can be and we are here to help! Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll assist you in any way we can.

Can I get my shipping cost refunded?

Return shipping is free, shipping to you is also free on orders over $100! If you don't absolutely love your new bikini, you can get a full refund assuming you purchase 2+ pieces. For orders under $100, the shipping cost to you cannot be refunded.

How long will it take to process my return?

We offer instant exchanges, refunds, and store credit. When you place an instant exchange, your new order will ship within 24 hours. Store credit is processed once your return has shipped. Full refunds are processed within 3 days of your return being delivered back to us.

Can I return/exchange items that were purchased on sale or with a promotional code?

Yes, as long as the item isn't marked as final sale (this would be on the product page itself and will be hard to miss).
