    Can I pick up an order I placed online at your La Jolla location?

    Yes! Email us at within 5 minutes of placing your order with your order number. Your order will be set aside for pickup.

    Can you send me tracking information?

    Tracking information will be sent to you when your order is shipped to the email used at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for it to properly update.

    Does Midori Bikinis offer returns?

    Yes! As long as your return is compliant with our return policy, we can accept your return. Please see our RETURNS page for more information. We currently only offer free prepaid return labels for domestic returns. International orders can be returned to our La Jolla location- please make sure to check the box on your invoice stating your refund preference.

    Does Midori Bikinis offer exchanges? 

    We currently do not support exchanges, however, you can select store credit as your refund preference and use your credit to purchase the correct size.

    I bought a bikini using a discount code, but it didn't fit. How can I get a different size for the same price?

    While we don’t support exchanges, we can set up a custom order for the same pieces in a different size so that the original discount still applies. Please email us at for assistance with this. If your discount code was listed as “Final Sale” then no exchanges or returns will be accepted. Contact us if you are unsure whether or not you’re eligible to return your order.

    How long will it take to get my refund?

    Once we receive your package back at our shipping facility, it can take between 1-3 business days for us to process your return. Once your return has been processed you will receive either a refund notification email or an email containing your store credit.

    My return is past 30 days, can I still return?

    Unfortunately if your return is past our 30 day return deadline we cannot accept your return. Your piece will be shipped back to you at your expense.

    Can you send me another prepaid return label?

    My apologies, we have a limit of one prepaid return shipping label per order.

    The returns page isn't working for me!

    Please make sure you are using the same email as you used at checkout. The returns page is CASE SENSITIVE, so please make sure you enter your email exactly as you did during checkout. If you are still having problems, please email

    Can I change my order?

    Although we cannot guarantee an order change due to how fast we process orders, we'll certainly do our best! Simply reply to your order confirmation email or send us a message with your order number via our contact page at your earliest convenience.

    Do you take pre-orders?

    We apologize for the inconvenience however we do not support pre-orders.

    Where are you located?

    Our boutique is located in La Jolla, CA. Our hours and location can be found here. Please note that gift cards purchased online are solely for use at and cannot be used toward in-store purchases. 

    How often do you restock?

    If the style or size of a specific bikini is sold out, we’d ask that you refer to the product page, select your size, then click the "Notify Me" button to be notified via email as soon as the product is back in stock.

    I signed up to be notified, and when I went to purchase it was sold out. Do you sell out that quickly?

    We send our customers a notification as soon as the piece they are interested in is restocked however in some cases, particularly popular items may sell out rather fast even after a restock. If you have found this to be the case, please sign up to be notified again if you wish to stay up to date on the availability of the piece.

    Should I go up or down a size?

    Our swimwear runs true to our sizing chart. A lot of our sizing has to do with personal preference on how you like your pieces to fit!

    How can I join the MIDORI Tribe and become an ambassador?

    We accept applications in July and November via this link. Must be 18+ to apply.

    Are any of the colors or patterns see-through?

    Each top and bottom is double to triple lined for quality and durability; our swimwear is never see-through. All of our tops have removable padding.

    How should I care for my new bikini?

    To keep it in the best possible shape we recommend that you avoid sitting on or up against rough surfaces- keep a towel handy and keep your bum comfy! After a quick dip in the ocean or pool, hop in the shower and rinse off. Freshwater is the trick to keeping colors vibrant. Swimwear is not made to be thrown in the washing machine; instead, hand wash your new bikini with mild soap in cold water. Line dry or dry flat, do not wring, twist, or iron. Try to stay away from oils, tinted sunscreens, or heavily chlorinated pools.
