    QUALIFICATIONS

    + Returns must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.
    + Bikinis must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
    + No visible signs of use present including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc.
    + All tags must be intact and the bikinis returned in their original clear packaging.
    + The items must be mailed back in the green or magenta mailing bag (NOT in Priority Mail Envelopes) with the invoice included.
    + Padding must be correctly inserted into all tops.
    + The hygienic liner must not have been removed or reattached.


    Fill out Form Icon Step 1 || Submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your bikini. Choose from two return options; store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

    Fill out Form Icon Step 2 || A prepaid return shipping label will be sent to you via email with return instructions. Returns are processed within three days of being delivered at MIDORI.

    Fill out Form Icon Step 3 || An email will be dispatched when your return is processed. You will receive a full refund or store credit, depending on the option you chose in step one.

    FULL REFUNDS

    After your return has been processed it will typically take 2-5 days for the funds to shown on your bank statement.

    LATE RETURNS

    Customers have 30 days to send back purchases made at midoribikinis.com. Returns postmarked after 30 days will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.

    PREPAID RETURN LABELS

    Prepaid return labels may only be used once. The label is ONLY to be used to return the order it was created for. Returns MUST be sent back in the bag they were received in. Any fees incurred from shipping the package back to us will be deducted from your refund amount.

    EXCHANGES

    At this time we do not offer exchanges. You can, however, return any qualifying order for store credit at which time you can place another order. 

    NON-QUALIFYING RETURNS

    Returns that show ANY type of signs of wear, damage, scents, or alterations will NOT be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. A $2.50 restocking fee will be withheld from any return received without it’s original packaging or tags.

    SHIPPING CHARGES

    All shipping charges, gift cards, and store credits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Limit 1 prepaid return shipping label per order.

    LOST & DAMAGED RETURNS

    We are not responsible for lost/ damaged returns or packages. It is the customers responsibility to follow all directions - if the package is sent back to you with postage due it is the customers responsibility. Midori will not reimburse additional charges.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    Please send your return back to the shipping address shown on the package label with the included packing slip marked appropriately.

    CHARGEBACKS

    Any falsely filed chargebacks will be subject to a $10 fee. This fee covers the cost of refuting an invalid chargeback.

    OTHER

    If you return over $500 in a 3 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you directly via email if you are no longer eligible for our general return policy. We will happily replace any piece that doesn't arrive in perfect condition, please notify us within 1 week of delivery. Swimwear purchased from MIDORIBIKINIS.COM is warrantied for 6 months, this warranty does not extend to any purchases not made directly from our site including trunk shows.
