If you don't absolutely love your new MIDORI bikinis, send them back for a full refund or store credit within 30 days using our free, prepaid return shipping labels. *Any pieces purchased on sale/using a discount code are eligible for store credit only.

Step 1  Submit a return request.
Step 2  Ship your return back using our prepaid return labels (downloadable in step 1).
Step 3  Your return will be processed within 3 business days of being delivered at MIDORI.


+ Bikinis must not have been worn, washed, or altered.

+ No visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc.
+ All tags must be intact and the bikinis returned in their original packaging.
+ The hygienic liner must not have been removed or reattached.

Full refunds

After your return has been processed it will typically take 2-5 days for the funds to shown on your bank statement.

Items purchased at a discounted price/ on sale

 Pieces purchased at a discount are eligible for store credit only. 

Late Returns

Customers have 30 days to send back purchases made at Returns postmarked after 30 days will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.

Prepaid Return Shipping Labels

Prepaid return labels may only be used once. Limit 1 prepaid return shipping label per order. The label is ONLY to be used to return the order it was created for. 

Return Packaging

Pieces must be sent back in original mailer or a package of equal weight. For packages shipped in priority flat-rate envelopes, return pieces using the included poly-mailer. DO NOT ship pieces back using a priority envelope. Any postage due incurred from a improper packaging will be deducted from the refund amount.


At this time we do not offer exchanges. You can, however, return any qualifying order for store credit at which time you can place another order.

Non-qualifying Returns

Returns that show ANY type of signs of wear, damage, scents, or alterations will NOT be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. A $2.50 restocking fee will be withheld from any return received without it’s original packaging or tags.

Shipping Charges

All shipping charges, gift cards, and store credits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Lost / Damaged Returns

We are not responsible for lost/ damaged returns or packages. It is the customers responsibility to follow all directions - if the package is sent back to you with postage due it is the customers responsibility. Midori will not reimburse additional charges.


Any falsely filed chargebacks will be subject to a $10 fee. This fee covers the cost of refuting an invalid chargeback.

False Claims

False claims regarding defective pieces will result in the piece being returned to the customer, at the customer's expense.

Defective / Incorrect Items

Defective items must be reported to customer service ( within 24 hours of delivery to ensure your exchange is properly processed. The pieces must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving a return shipping label.


Swimwear purchased from MIDORIBIKINIS.COM is warrantied for 6 months, this warranty does not extend to any purchases not made directly from our site including trunk shows.


If you return over $500 in a 3 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you directly via email if you are no longer eligible for our general return policy. We will happily replace any piece that doesn't arrive in perfect condition, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
