Eating Like a Mermaid

Healthy, tasty, and pretty! What more do you want from your food?
I just started experimenting with this beautiful, blue mermaid bowl, and I have not been disappointed yet. I have found a favorite mermaid bowl recipe and would love to share it! It’s easy, delicious, and obviously very eye catching!

 

Ingredients:
3 bananas
1handfull of pineapple
1 scoop of spirulina powder
Toppings:
Granola
Blueberries
Bananas
Anything tasty
Strawberries
Honey
Etc…

 

Eating Like a Mermaid

 

I whipped up 3 bananas, a handful of pineapple, and a little bit of almond milk. Once it was completely blended, I added spirulina powder, which is an amazing superfood with a lot of protein, vitamin A and B12, it also reduces cholesterol and boosts energy along with many, many other benefits. Spirulina grows naturally in pure salt water and some other bodies of water, which is why the mermaids eat it ;)

 

The toppings are very fun to decorate and mess around with, so get creative!

Eating Like a Mermaid

I love making this smoothie bowl after surfing, working out, or before a long day since it is very energy boosting. If I’m on the go, I’ll have it as a regular smoothie.
