Ambassdors

Each ambassador receives bikinis and in turn regularly takes photos for our social media accounts. The role of an ambassador is to spread positivity and brand awareness through social media.

We review ambassador applications daily and choose a new ambassador to join the MIDORI tribe semi-annually.

Ambassadors are required to have public Instagram accounts and be over the age of 21.

Orders

Although we can't guarantee an order can be changed once it's been placed, we will make every effort to do so. For the quickest service, text your order number and change request to 808.295.2248 or contact us here. Orders placed during Black Friday cannot be changed or cancelled due to volume.

We recommend creating an account on our site where you can access your orders and view their status at any time. You may also contact us for quick updates.

No, only one discount code may be used per order.

No, discount codes are only valid for a specific period of time and cannot be applied to orders placed before or after that window.

Yes. Enter both into the "Gift Card/Discount" field at checkout.

We cannot apply discount codes to orders that have already been placed. Please reach out to us at your earliest convenience to cancel your order and place a new one using the code by sending us a text at 808.295.2248 or contacting us here. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled.

Shipping

We ship all orders within 48 hours Monday-Friday. Free, standard shipping averages 5 business days. We also offer Express shipping beginning at $10. Our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales are an exception and often have processing times up to two weeks.

We ship anywhere in the world with the exception of Mexico. Shipping is free over $100.

Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to properly update.

We use all major carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS as well as and local courier partners like USPS. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

If your bikini doesn't provide the perfect fit, send it back within 30 days using a prepaid return shipping label to receive either store credit or a full refund. Orders returned for a full refund are subject to a $5 return shipping fee. To initiate a return, click here. All orders placed during Black Friday and Cyber Monday are Final Sale. There are no exceptions.

Request a prepaid return shipping label using the button on our returns page. Affix the label to the original mailer (or another lightweight package) and drop it at any USPS-approved location.

Yes! We now offer exchanges on all qualifying orders sent back within 30 days. All orders placed during Black Friday and Cyber Monday are Final Sale. There are no exceptions.

Returns sent back for an exchange or store credit are free. Returns sent back for a refund will have a $5 restocking fee subtracted from the amount due.

Yes! Your store credit is essentially a gift card and carries a balance. To use the remaining amount, simply enter the same store credit code that was originally sent to you.

Any return not in compliance with our return policy will be returned to the customer. A decision to refuse a return that is not compliant with the MIDORI return policy is final and cannot be refuted.

Your exchange will ship as soon as it is scanned in by USPS. This typically occurs within 24 hours of dropping it off at a USPS-approved location.

If you opt to receive store credit, it will be sent to you via email as soon as your return is scanned in by USPS. This typically occurs within 24 hours of being dropped at a USPS-approved location. Store credit will be sent in the form of a gift card to the email address originally entered at checkout.

If you chose to receive a refund for your return, it will be processed within 7 days of your return being delivered back to Midori. An email will be sent out with confirmation of your refund. You can expect to see the funds deposited back into your account within 5-7 business days depending on your bank.

Swimwear purchased from MIDORIBIKINIS.COM is warrantied for 6 months, this warranty does not extend to purchases made outside of our site.

While the outer appearance of our bikinis is seamless, many of our bottoms feature a hidden inner seam along the top to ensure they don't roll when worn. All the benefits of a seamless look- without the hassle.
