If you don't absolutely love your new MIDORI bikinis send them back for a full refund or store credit. Returns from the 2016 collection must be sent back (postmarked) within 7 days of delivery, pieces from the 2017 collection follow the normal 30 day return policy. Items purchased using the discount code Summer40 are returnable for store credit only.
Step 2 | Ship your return back using our prepaid return labels (downloadable in step 1).
Step 3 | Your return will be processed within 3 business days of being delivered at MIDORI.
+ No visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc.
+ All tags must be intact and the bikinis returned in their original packaging.
+ The hygienic liner must not have been removed or reattached.
International orders are not eligible for free return shipping. Please send your return back to the shipping address shown on the package label with the included packing slip marked appropriately.
After your return has been processed it will typically take 2-5 days for the funds to shown on your bank statement.
Pieces sold at a discounted rate are eligible for store credit only, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
Customers have 30 days to send back purchases made at midoribikinis.com. Returns postmarked after 30 days will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.
Prepaid return shipping labels
Prepaid return labels may only be used once. Limit 1 prepaid return shipping label per order. The label is ONLY to be used to return the order it was created for.
Pieces must be sent back in original mailer or a package of equal weight. For packages shipped in priority flat-rate envelopes, return pieces using the included poly-mailer. DO NOT ship pieces back using a priority envelope. Any postage due incurred from a improper packaging will be deducted from the refund amount.
At this time we do not offer exchanges. You can, however, return any qualifying order for store credit at which time you can place another order.
Returns that show ANY type of signs of wear, damage, scents, or alterations will NOT be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. A $2.50 restocking fee will be withheld from any return received without it’s original packaging or tags.
All shipping charges, gift cards, and store credits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Lost & damaged returns
We are not responsible for lost/ damaged returns or packages. It is the customers responsibility to follow all directions - if the package is sent back to you with postage due it is the customers responsibility. Midori will not reimburse additional charges.
Any falsely filed chargebacks will be subject to a $10 fee. This fee covers the cost of refuting an invalid chargeback.
False claims regarding defective pieces will result in the piece being returned to the customer, at the customer's expense.
Defective items must be reported to customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of delivery to ensure your exchange is properly processed.
Swimwear purchased from MIDORIBIKINIS.COM is warrantied for 6 months, this warranty does not extend to any purchases not made directly from our site including trunk shows.
If you return over $500 in a 3 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you directly via email if you are no longer eligible for our general return policy. We will happily replace any piece that doesn't arrive in perfect condition, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
